Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site/remote role located in Crown Point, IN, for a Level 1 Technician. The Level 1 Technician will perform a range of IT support duties, including troubleshooting technical issues, resolving hardware and software problems, setting up and configuring workstations, and maintaining IT systems. The position also involves collaborating with team members to monitor and manage client networks and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
